DAVE VDOVICK - Realtor, Senior REO Specialist

Experienced licensed realtor agent with over 30 years in real estate.  Dave specializes in all areas of foreclosure real estate including REO listings, BPO work and property management.  He's dedicated to valuable REO turnarounds at a high level of professionalism with thorough communication.  His past experience includes being a mortgage loan officer and is also licensed with the state of Michigan in Title Insurance, so he can be an asset to both a seller and buyer. Dave has also been accredited as a REO Default Certified Professional.

MICHAEL VDOVICK - Realtor, Account Manager

M.B.A. from University of Massachusetts, bachelor in science and business administration with double majors in logistical management and marketing from Central Michigan University.  Currently working towards getting his real estate law degree.  Michael is the primary resource for managing the portfolio of REO's from client communication, scheduling vendor activities, and handling accounting activities.  He works closely with Dave to ensure properties are efficiently moving from pre-marketing/redemption through close.

CHRISTINE VDOVICK - Realtor, Owner / Office Manager

Founded The VDovick Group in February 2009 after years of providing service to corporate clients (BPO's, REO's, Inspections, etc.). Licensed Realtor.  Provides assistance in managing REO's and primary contact for BPO work.  Handles client calls, oversees all listings, contact person for all BPO clients, BPO reports. Works closely with Dave and Michael.
